Metal color coated fabric is nano metal-coated polymer mesh fabric, this metal-coated polymer fabric can be laminated with low-iron glass by EVA, TPU, Sentryglas or EVA interlayer, the finished glass laminate has different privacy level with transmittance light between 25-60%. Aluminium, Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium metal coating and customized color and pattern can be available. If It further combines with Low E glass, IGU glass with thermal insulation can be produced for exterior glass curtain wall.

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metalspurc fabric according to the following standard:
1. Two hour Boiling Test
2. Pummel Test
3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours
4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours
5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours
6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, total 10 cycles
7. UV Radiation 2000 hours
